The hotel is in a great location across from MSG. But the hotel itself is insanely overpriced. The rooms are rundown and shabby. The bed is horrible! The pillows are literally half the size of normal pillow. There are no in room amenities at all. Nowhere to get water, no fridge, no coffee maker. The towels are 20 years old. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning as well. The rooms are tiny even for NYC. I still can’t believe how much they charge when you get so little. I would definitely pick a better hotel next time.
