The first room they gave me smelled awful. I went and asked for another room and that room was much better but the mattresses on the beds were very squeaky. They need to be replaced

Poor customer service. Did not clean the room through a four day stay. Had to ask for clean towels. On one occasion, asked for clean towels and was told there were only two clean towels available and I would have to come down to the front desk to get them. I would not recommend this hotel ever!
