"A real hidden Gem for accommodation. Being able to park below the hotel in Lisburn Square and having a lift up to the hotel reception was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very nice, modern and well laid out. The rooms have a modern feel to them too. I didn’t eat dinner here because the reviews were either great or poor and no in between but I did eat breakfast and it was fine. Two things I would say though was I didn’t get my alarm call and secondly the bed in 104 feels like it has sunk. I forgot to mention that when checking out."

"What a great reception we received when we arrived. The lady who was on reception made us feel really welcomed. The two waitresses in the bar/restaurant were also very focused on making sure we were looked after, and the food was first class, we had the Burger and an Open Prawn Sandwich. Both absolutely marvelous. We never got to use the hotels pool and country club due to the times we arrived and had to leave but if they were like the rest of the hotel's staff and facilities I don't think we would be disappointed. Waking up to the Dawn Chorus of birds in the heart of the Irish countryside, what nicer way to start the day."

Our only issue was with the check-in instructions as the boat has been moved away and we didn’t understand why the lock box at the front door didn’t work - it took some time to find the right one. Apart from that, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!"

"We stayed here for two nights as part of a golfing trip. The hotel is on the main street of Dundrum and not Newcastle as it states on website. The room was noisy, WiFi very poor, no channels on TV but bathroom was excellent. "
