The space
My listing is centrally located in the Washington heights area of downtown newburgh,ny.
The unit is located in a duplex on the second floor.
Upon first arriving you’ll have to enter the unit though the main door that’s shared with you and the apartment on the first floor. The front door will have a smart lock that will provide you with a keyless and seamless entry into the building. Upon entering. You’ll have to climb about 20 flights of stairs to get to the second floor unit.
As you ascend to the second floor, you’ll be greeted with the lovely natural light provided by a skylight. The mood will be instantly set, as you get ready to start your vacation. You’ll then enter the unit though your own private entrance. Which will as have a smart lock. As you open the door you’ll be instantly transported into to level of clam, as I tastefully design the unit for ultimate comfort and relaxation. As you explore the 900sf, unit you’ll find a small but stylish kitchen, fully stocked, state-of-the-art blender (vitamix), a coffee maker, toaster, hot water Kettle, and all the necessities you’ll find in a standard kitchen. As you walk though the 12x12 room that serves as the living and dinning room. You’ll find a bar and everything in its place. Heading into the bathroom you’ll find it open and airy. Thanks to the natural light coming from the skylight above. The shower enclosure is oversized with a rain shower and a bench to provide a premium experience. Full size Dove shower gel is provided along with an Exfoliating brush and cream. You’ll have a 12x12, bedroom to sleep, unwind and relax. Additionally you’ll have a dedicated work place with a door that can be locked.

The unit is found on the second floor of a duplex. You can access the basement where the washer dryer is located. Should you need to use it. Don’t wash any of the linens located in the unit. But you’re welcome to do your personal stuff.
