"Missing items in our room. Staff said they would bring right up but 2 hours later I had to go down to get them. Was told balcony upon checkin but was a regular room. 8pm fire pit turns on but was told not until 930 due to fireworks. But there were no fireworks . "

"The stay was decent overall. It seemed like the property was under renovation, but the cleanliness was good. On the day of checkout, housekeeping knocked on the door multiple times before noon, which felt a bit rushed. At one point, they even opened the door, and by the third time I had to let them know we were still inside. The staff did apologize, but it gave the impression that they were eager to turn over the room quickly. Aside from that experience, everything else was fine, and I would consider staying here again."

"I booked a 2 queen size bed room. The room was clean and spacious. My biggest issue was the shower. The faucet was broken and caused shower to have lower pressure. I was still able to shower, but it was inconvenient. The shower needs a repair. The staff were nice and made checking in quick and easy."
