- The Sunshine Shack is a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch house. It is on a nice quiet 2 acre lot that is conveniently located to all the amenities of town without the traffic. It has a little of everything to suit 4 seasons of fun. There is a fire pit in the back yard, a playground/park across the street and a 2 stall garage to park your toys in. Snowmobile, 4 wheel, kayak, fish, hike, hunt or explore. The house is located on a legal to run road and is easily accessible from the snowmobile trail which is located .4 of a mile away to both the north and south. It also is the designated ORV route through town and has easy access to fuel.
