Wonderful Stay at Cottage 1910 in Newberg!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cottage 1910. Though it's a smaller, older home, it has been beautifully remodeled and is full of thoughtful touches that made our visit very comfortable.The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and we appreciated the extra pillows, towels, and blankets. Nice extras like makeup remover towelettes, black makeup washcloths, cozy living room blankets, and bedside tables with power outlets and USB ports were especially convenient.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances. We loved having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, along with complimentary coffee pods. The dining table comfortably seated our group of five.The living room easily accommodated five adults, and the TV offered plenty of viewing options. Outside, there was ample parking, plus a covered back porch and BBQ area that we enjoyed.A couple of minor drawbacks: the staircase to the second floor is steep and may be difficult for seniors or those with mobility issues, although there is a first-floor bedroom and ramp access from the back. The upstairs also stays a bit warmer because the air conditioning doesn't circulate as well.Overall, Cottage 1910 exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Newberg and Oregon wine country!
