Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
power went out and owner did not fix or give discount , charged full price for stay for a property without power then filed an insurance claim after forcing me to buy lying about furniture damage and blaming the power faulting on his customers who have never been there and didn’t do anything to it. It randomly went out. Worse VRBO experience and this property owner made VRBO lose me as a potential customer for the foreseeable future.
