NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Everything was clean, and staff was mostly helpful. It's an old building, so it's basic. But it is excellently located and an easy way to be in the heart of NYC without stress or paying exorbitant amounts.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The location was great. It was close to everything. However, it can get crowded. The room was outdated and felt like a 2.5 star hotel. The staff was not friendly. The wait times were long, but this is New York so that wasn't entirely unexpected
