Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....

The entire place is outdated by more than 5 decades. The cleanliness is awful. They have put no effort into the maintenance of the property and rely solely on location (it’s only perk). Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Clean room, very friendly staff, and doorman went above and beyond. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, the concierge was non-existent. Very disappointed in room amenities, and lack of room service.
