Clean rooms, staff was always friendly and courteous, express checkout is always a breeze, room service was quick. Only downside was the amount of time you have to wait for and little space inside elevators. There are 3 elevators, but basically only 2 work all the time as one is used also for service ...

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
After considering the reviews I was worried. But my stay was great, especially since I was only in my room to sleep; most of my time was spent out of it. Managed to get early check in at 2:45pm and I think lines form at the elevators because people don’t understand them.
