The facilities are in desperate need for a major renovation. Everything in the rooms are so old that even if housekeeping cleans them daily, a dirty feeling lingers particularly in the bathtubs and sinks. Hyatt Regency Times Square
No room service and very limited food options at the hotel. When we checked in we had a room with wet floors, they did move us and gave us a credit to fix it. That was nice and appropriate.
