Clean and very friendly staff, everyone was so nice. When you walk in there’s a Starbucks in the corner and lobby is beautiful. Would not stay again because the rooms are old and outdated. Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The room is a little older some chipped paint but shower was good pressure beds and pillows comfortable, room had enough space. No issue with elevator at all and we were on 47th floor. Other than that its a great location the subway is steps away and had no noise at night.
