The Grand Hotel
Hotel is beautiful. Some staff are friendlier than others. It was a little ways to walk to the pool, but shuttle is available between certain times. We didn’t try any restaurants. We used readily available taxi’s, so can’t comment on how the shuttles operated. It was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here two years in a row. Love it. Can’t beat the location, 1-2 minutes away from entrances to red and blue (5-7 min) MTR lines. Direct overpass connection to taipei 101. Palais de Chine Hotel
There was a mix up as they received three reservation for me from Expedia. I was confused as I only have one room booked and showed up in my part. Not sure what went wrong. Otherwise no complaints. Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Room was ok.
