Fun place to stay
UINN was definitely a unique, albeit fun place to stay. You literally did not have to leave the room for anything other than to explore the city!

I would have given it four stars except the room smelled like smoke, really bad. It said no smoking but it was super strong. The room, hotel, breakfast and everything else we’re fine, but this one thing is a deal breaker

Great stay clean n spacious n good location
We booked the grand suite (with jacuzzi and pool) for 2 adult and 1 child The stay was great room come with ktv system n suana too Location is great too just few mins walk to Mitsui outlet Linkou and if you are driving the room have a free parking garage provide It’s highly recommended

Nice hotel
Room is clean and huge, free breakfast is a plus. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is the speed of internet. The WiFi speed is so slow in our room.

Nice hotel close to a large Outlet Mall. Hotel facilities are good maintained, and hotel staff is with good service attitude. Sure to book it again at next visit.

Love Hotel
Seems to be a tawdry “love hotel” (complimentary condoms bed side) that’s trying to make it as a regular hotel. The breakfast was pretty good but with a type of “drive through” reception (with no lobby) Western guests should probably stay away. Cleanliness was not really a factor but the love hotel issue was definitely creepy. Photo of scuff marks on couch attached.

Good location, and excellent breakfast
Walking distant to Mitsui outlet. The room is very nice, good size, clean and comfortable. Sufficient amenities for 4 people, also good quality. Free drinks in the mini bar and free snacks and instant noodles. Breakfast was great. The staffs were very polite and helpful. I absolutely loved this hotel!

Room size and facilities are good. The funny thing is that the emergency exit light is in the room and cannot be switched off. So, if you can only sleep in a dark room this is not the place to be unless you use chair and towels to cover the light. Location is good, close to the outlet mall with tons of shops and retaurants.

Good 2 day stay, not convenient for long trips
First two days, everything was great. Good clean service, good Wi-Fi connection, good breakfast. By third and fourth day, the service became poor. Wi-Fi was down for 2 days, breakfast was the same exact food and became boring and felt greasy, and at breakfast hotel staff were not friendly. Lots of noise outside bedroom with the slamming of doors at night or fixing equipment. Only cleaning service was good. There was no coined laundry on-site, they should specify on webpage.

Comfortable Stay
Very spacious and comfortable hotel room. It comes with complimentary 3-in-1 coffee and Chinese tea bags, as well as instant noodles with chopsticks provided. Neighbourhood is peaceful. There are eateries and Starbuck nearby. An Outlet Park is available within walking distance for shopping and food. Downside is this hotel has no lobby and its lift is very small. Breakfast is simple. If require late checkout, must pay NT$300 for every extra hour. Hotel staff rang to remind remaining time to checkout.

Nice hotel with large bedroom and large spa great.
Staffs are very kind but there English wasn't all that great. The hotel room is very spacious and very comfortable beds plus liked large bathroom with spa. It is a fantastic way to relax after long day touring and sight seeing. Only concerned was the location being far from MRT, even though bus linking from the hotel was very handy. The area is very comfortable and quiet in New Taipei where we were staying otherwise great hotel to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was excellent with large rooms. Staff were extremely helpful but speaking English was a problem,luckily my wife speaks chinese. Bus stops right outside.This is a love hotel, but many families with children were staying there.

poor motel by local standard
The receptionist told me at check in that we are getting a smaller room with no garage because we had not booked the room directly with the hotel at higher cost. The room had a big bath tub but other than that was very basic. The entire room had two light switches - one for the bathroom and the other for the entire room itself. No side lamps or desk lamp, so the room is either too bright looking like an office or too dark to do anything other than sleep. Will not stay here again!

A Relaxed Stay in U-Com
I booked a business room on the 7th floor. Entered the room, I was surprised by its cleanliness! The floors are parquet tiles throughout spotless. The Hardness and comfort of the King-size bed are great. Quiet neighborhood. You sure can get a relaxed and quality stay. U-Com will be my future choice for business stay in Linkou area.

Nice but...
It's a nice place, a little decadent, but a good breakfast buffet. I wish that the staff knew more English though, and the beds, like most places in Asia, are a little hard. Overall, a nice stay though.

Nice hotel, but...
It's a very interesting hotel. Each room has a different decor, and each floor has a different theme with its rooms. The hotel website has more specific details than hotels.com can provide on one page. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are huge, and so are the tub and showers. The last room we stayed in was one of the "Bali Suites": decadent. In addition to everything I described above, plus an even bigger bathroom and bedroom, you have a private sauna, and an outdoor whirlpool and pool with a waterfall fountain that lights up at night! Pretty f--kin' cool! The quality of the breakfast buffet was good, with some western foods available, but no restaurant after that. My main problem was that so few of the staff could speak English at all. However, between talking slowly (not loudly), and smartphone translators, we were able to get our point across whenever we had a question. Another thing, ask for a taxi when you leave, but don't tell them where; they'll overcharge you.

We chose to stay at this hotel on the last night in Taiwan. It's midway between city and the airport. There isn't much area the area, so this would be pretty much a enjoy the hotel room; which has a lot of offer. Room service ends at 7pm. Decent breakfast, huge room and very private. In fact, if you rented a car in Taiwan, you'd have your own parking lot at this hotel.

spacious room with a gorgeous bathtub
We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. We were surprised to learn that there was no lobby. Guests came by car and got a room key from a staff from the drive-in window. Most guests were Taiwanese couples, but some were families with children. All the rooms were suites with an additional outside bath and a table/chairs. The cabinet and the fridge contained free bottled water, soda, cup noodles and snack. Breakfast was sufficient with Chinese style hot breakfast and also toast and cereal with good coffee and juices. The menu stayed the same. The hotel staff were very helpful and always tried to help us. I was able to get all the information I needed in English. This hotel is located in a very clean city called Linco and there is a bus stop about a few minutes from the hotel. We took a bus to the nearest MRT (subway) station. It was a 30-minute bus ride and cost only 30 Taiwanese dollar (about $1). From there we took the subway to all the major parts in Taipei. Also convenience stores were everywhere. A large supermarket is about 15 minute walk from the hotel and there were a few noodle restaurants there as well. I would stay here again rather than a hotel in Taipei. We liked the clean and safe neighborhood and the hotel facility.
