"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"

"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"The room is clean and spacious. There is an onsite gym with one weights machine and some cardio machines. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided at the pantry area. Staff are pleasant and helpful!"

"Free mini bar is a nice touch. However, the lighting in hotel lobby and the room could be a little brighter. I found it difficult to see well. All in all the hotel and its location are great, clean and convenient. Staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel immensely."
