- Welcome to The Sandy Oasis, your relaxing New Smyrna Beach getaway! This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom townhome offers the perfect blend of beach, comfort, and convenience for families, couples, friends—and your 4 legged companions.
Enjoy a peaceful setting less than a mile from New Smyrna Beach, w/ a fully equipped kitchen, & comfortable spaces to unwind.
Just steps away, explore a beautiful natural preserve. Also a short distance to the best restaurants in NSB.
The space
On the first floor you’ll find the garage, kitchen, spacious living room, a half bathroom, and the laundry room. You also have access to the small yard with the most beautiful preserve.
On the second floor you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a decently sized bathroom with shower, while the other 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

Guests may use any spaces, including garage. The only space that is off limits is the main bedroom’s closet, which is labeled as owners closet.
