Registered Disinfectant and is used on every light switch, knobs, handle, faucet, fridge handles, curtain pull handles, and surfaces. After the clean, then comes disinfectant, then hot steam is used. All beach articles,
Pool handles, pool screen ledges, Lounge chairs, screen door handles beach & pool umbrellas, gym equipment, etc. also get special attention with the same method.
Bedding like always is professionally cleaned and sanitized.

Welcome to beautiful New Smyrna Beach with 17 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches. Enclosed by 2 national parks one north of the barrier Island where dogs are allowed and the other south with miles of unspoiled beach no homes or condo's nature pure. New Smyrna Beach has some of the best restaurants around. Casual to fancy.
You won't be disappointed at the different choices we have in town. We have a lot of conservation land where you can spot Manatees raising their calves in a small cove and dolphins are all along the Intracoastal waters here. Every water sport you desire is here also from fishing to surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing or plain relaxing at the beach.
Historical Flagler Ave. has small quaint shops and restaurants and always has some type of fun special events going on. Canal Street also has quaint shops and restaurants and has a farmers' market Saturdays lined along a beautiful Palm Tree St. with an oldie car meeting
Just a beautiful quaint city where the Floridians vacation.
Come enjoy this 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath heated pool & hot tub home a short car ride to the ocean.
With 18 foot ceilings and over 3200 foot square foot outside covered patio area with a pool enclosure. The inside of the home has a fireplace in the living room area with 2 couches and 1 large armchair with ottoman.The family room has another 2 couches to sit and relax and with a view to the pool area. Off of the living room is a large flat-screen TV 63 " along with a circular couch to relax and watch a film or TV together. We have a DVD library with all types of films along with a lot of movie channels.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and a ensuite bath within the room, along with a large TV & DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and TV and a DVD player,the bathroom is 4 feet in the hallway away, The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and a TV and also a bath within the room, the 4th bedroom has a queen bed.
2 of the bedrooms have a view of the pool area along with the living room and full kitchen with plenty of counter space if you like to cook and is loaded with everything you need to make a great meal. The back of the house has lots of glass for magnificent views of the pool area and palms. Dogs are allowed for a small fee, no cats bc of guests with allergies but we do know a pet sitter if a must we can connect you up with.
Pool & Spa heat fuel are extra costs please look at rates.
Currently 15 cents per kwH
It can range from 8 to 40 per night depending on outside temps and the temperature of the pool.
Propane used to heat the grill, hot tub and fireplace is currently 45. Per 5% usage. A credit card is needed on file .
A meter is read upon check in and out. You can also monitor your cost and decide if you want it on or off.
FYI Extra security has been added. There is a outside camera facing the driveway and the pool equipment not in the house or pool area of course.

Best Host and Amazing Home

Exceeds Expectations!

After landing more than 5 hours later than expected, due to flight delays, the owner surprised us with much appreciated beverages and snacks awaiting our eager yet tired arrival! Family vacation after Disney

Cindy and her husband are amazing people love how friendly and just down to earth people they are . The property on the house is amazing as well. Everything was so fresh and clean and just overall beautiful. We’ll go back there every year I highly recommend them.

Great house!

We had a great time at this location. 2 adults + 3 kids (6, 11, 15) and a dog. The house was very clean, there was a lot of housewares, toys and games, and pool and beach gear available for use. My kids didn't even want to leave because they were having so much fun with the pool! It was about a 12-minute drive to the main NSB area with easy parking options, but also had plenty of stores and restaurants in between. We were there during July 4th, and enjoyed the fireworks nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

The wildlife alone!

We had such an amazing stay! When we weren’t out venturing around we spent ALL our time out in the pool. Had a family of deer visit almost every morning and night. House is very spacious and beds were super comfy!

Get away with the kids

We can't say enough about our vacation! It was well stocked with towels, sheets, soaps and all items needed. The house itself was very spacious with pleny of room for the children to play as well for the adults to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you'd need. The pool was fun and it was great cooking out. Loved every minute of it!

Private setting close to everything

Had an incredible stay with our big family. Everything we needed for a great reunion & celebration. Beautiful home & fantastic pool/hot tub area. Kids & adults loved it! Only difficulty was master bedroom & additional bedroom on same side of house struggled to keep cool so we had to buy fan in order to sleep. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just got back from a family vacation with 13 people ranging in ages from 2-75 years and the property was perfect for everyone. It was exactly as described., couldn’t have been better. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by everyone (the fact that it’s screened in is an added benefit!)The owner was accommodating and attentive and responded immediately when we had some central air issues. Overall would return again.

Cindy was very accommodating for us She went out of her was to make sure we had everything we needed. She helped out with my oxygen delivery making sure it was in the house for me. Wedding Retreat

We selected this location for our son’s wedding in New Smyrna. Very convenient for all the wedding activities. The house is set back from the road on a large piece of property. Beautiful setting and we had deer and wild turkeys visit each morning. Very private and peaceful. The house offered everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone that needs a break from their hectic life.

Great Christmas week!

The photos, description and reviews did not disappoint! This house was perfect for our family for Christmas. Cindy was so easy to work with and was so very gracious in decorating the house for us. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to gather separately or all together! The pool/spa were a huge hit too! Even our dogs enjoyed. The house was overly equipped for anything you might need. This was more than a rental property. It was more like a beautiful resort.

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was more than just a house for rent; it was like staying at a vacation resort. We even had the pleasure of seeing wildlife in the backyard, i.e., deer, raccoons, squirrels, peacocks, and even a cow. So much fun to watch. My husband enjoyed feeding the deer and watching them arrive every night. Such a relaxing vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful. Can't say enough about how welcome we felt. I hope we will be back one day!

I cannot describe how satisfied was our vacation at this place. I called it our little paradise. It has everything we needed, safe area, close to stores and restaurants, and of course the heated pool and spa made our time so relaxing! We had some issues with internet and all of us are working and kids had to zoom, and owners went above and beyond to fix it. They even left their phone, so we could do hot spot share to have access to internet and keep working. Thank you so much for letting us to stay at your place! This was unforgettable vacation, Anna!
