    Wake up to breathtaking Atlantic Ocean sunrises from your private 2nd-floor balcony with a fresh cup of coffee in hand at Tranquility Shores! Spend your days relaxing by the newly renovated community pool or simply cross the street to enjoy the soft sands and sparkling waters of New Smyrna Beach beside 27th Ave Beachfront Park. After a day in the sun, prepare your favorite meals in the updated stainless steel kitchen before unwinding in your cozy coastal escape.



    24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.



    Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.



    A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.



    Parking:

    One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
