Canal street with wonderful restaurants and nightlife a 1 mile walk. Home includes a wonderful deck under canopies of trees, a large garden back yard with a patio for grilling. Inside has a perfect layout, large updated kitchen and beautiful sunroom to start your day. Full-size washer and dryer and a 2-car garage.
