"Overall it was an excellent value. Room was a little rough around the edges, but it was clean, comfy bed, good shower, nice balcony with nice chairs. Impossible to get them to get you an extra pillow though. "

"Awesome location right on the beach. The hotel is clean but dated. You would sink to the to the pullout mattress frame below. They did not provide trash bags. Not a major deal. It was nice to walk back and forth to the beach. "

"Room was clean and the staff, especially Daisey, was very nice and attentive. While the building is from another era, that really is part of the charm. The location is outstanding by being so close the sand and walkable to almost anything you will want. Highly recommend and will be back. "

"Great accommodations! The room was comfortable and right by the beach. There’s a fully stocked appliances in the kitchen for cooking. The pool is also nice for any kids who want to swim. Only recommendation is to make the Sea Villa distinction clear in the ad - it’s a different location than the address listed in the check-in materials. "

"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"
