"We were upgraded on arrival to the 6th floor. Room clean with kettle and coffee's etc. Clean bedding and towels supplied. The TV did mot work tho"

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The interior is neglected and rooms/bathrooms are not up to date despite the attempt to make them look like that. So not a comfortable stay. There were no proper side tables in our bedroom, the heating was provided by an electric heater which made the atmosphere very dry. Bathroom was a bad design without much space to put things."
