  • You’ll love staying at this Newly remodeled private stand-alone studio home. Just minutes from Downtown New Port Richey. Walk to great local restaurants like The Social, Kazu Sushi, and Herschel's Scratch Kitchen. Enjoy nearby bars, breweries, and beautiful Sims Park on the Cotee River featuring a playground and splash pad for the kids — all within walking distance!

    The space
    This studio home features a queen-size bed, full-size futon, and large recliner, comfortably sleeping 4–5 guests. Enjoy a full-size kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and a full refrigerator. Please note: no washer or dryer available. Relax on the beautiful patio with sunshades, soon to be fully furnished with an outdoor table and seating for four.

    Guest has separate entrance and driveway, shares a backyard.
    You will have plenty of privacy with a fence between the backyards!
