- Embark on your relaxation journey at this beautiful waterfront home . Unwind and watch the sunset in the luxurious hot tub . The home has a relaxing, clean, contemporary decore, located in New Port Richey, FL. With 3 spacious bedroom you are able to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
High speed internet is available throughout the property along with multiple Smart TV ready to link to your streaming service.
Fish on dock ,dock your bout or take a rented bout out to the island .Please inquire beforehand to gain access to the community ramp. Additionally the boat on the property is not for guest use.
Enjoy making meals in the kitchen or grill on the six burner grill available outside. The bar area is also equipped with a keg fridge.

The home is very clean, comfortable and up to date. There are plenty of amenities to keep busy with or plenty of space to just relax. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and shaded outdoor area. Owner is very attentive and helpful

House was perfect for our mini vacation. Floating dock was great for the boat and house had everything we needed. I would recommend to my friends and family. Hopefully we can make it back next year.
