Great Place in Arts District

The apartment was perfect for a group of four older friends traveling together. Full kitchen, spotless, comfortable beds and linens, easy access, convenient parking, helpful hosts!

Jazz Fest 2024

We had a great time here. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Short walk to French Quarter. No problem getting Uber/Lyft. Would stay again.

Conference stay

Four of us were looking for the best deal for a conference in New Orleans. This condo was perfect. Everyone had their own room and there was no fighting for bathroom time. It was a comfortable space close to restaurants and an easy Uber ride anywhere we needed to be. Our host was helpful and readily available

Great spot for a group

Walkable location. 3 full baths was awesome for our large group. Grocery store down the street. Clean and great communication from the host. Heads up, tiny fridge.

TNF stay

Our group had a great time being in town for the TNF game. Close proximity to the dome and we mainly took Ubers too and from Bourbon street. Great food nearby and having 3 bathrooms for this many people was awesome! Super easy check in and was able to easily extend our stay by a night.

Awesome property

The apartment was very nice. perfect location, easy access, nice amenities, very secure and quiet area. Only issue was the presence of hair in the different bedrooms. Otherwise, it's just the perfect spot when visiting New Orleans

Girls Weekend

Great location. Easy access to French Quarter without being in the hubbub. Only one parking space available, so make other arrangements if meeting others. Space is just right for a girls weekend. Three bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent apt for a group!

My friends and I had a great time staying in this 4 bedroom apartment. We were originally 8 people but two ended up not coming, which worked out space-wise because it would be too crammed with 8 adults but perfect for 6. Check in was easy and all the amenities were accurate. We preferred this location because it wasn’t as rowdy as the French Quarter. All in all, it was a very smooth experience!

Wonderful, unique home

We traveled with our adult children/spouses to the Sugar Bowl. The home was in walking distance to everything we needed, was clean, had a well stocked kitchen for cooking, nice living spaces and a wonderful outdoor space with grill. The owners were responsive and kind after our game was postponed due to the sad incident on Bourbon Street. In addition, they kindly offered us a discount to stay another day when the game was rescheduled. We will recommend the unit to friends and hopefully travel there again.

Great Place and Great Location

Great location in NOLA. Loved being near The French Quarter but not in it. Also, loved the walk to The Superdome. The unit has 4 very comfortable beds and all three bathrooms were great. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Only negative was a bit of pet hair on the floors (important for some people). Thanks. Woudl stay again.

Nice location

Place was very nice and easy to access. If you have car, parking is tricky. Parked in all day lot till 7pm then moved to street for the night Nice coffee shop and market close by, also easy to catch trolley. Place was clean, refrigerator is small not enough space for beverages for 8 people. Thanks for a fun weekend in NOLA, we will be back

Great downtown stay!

I got this place for a group of 7 that were traveling together for a wedding, and it was perfect for us! As a 3 bath place, there was plenty of space for us to all get ready at the same time. The place itself was beautiful, lots of exposed brick, and the elevator that goes directly to the unit is a nice perk. The location was great, easy walking distance to downtown and a longer walk or a quick ride to Bourbon street. Check-in and getting into the unit were very easy. Doesn't have much of a kitchen and the fridge is pretty small, but that saves more space for bedrooms, which made it perfect for a weekend getaway like this.

Perfect location, perfect apartment in the perfect city!

The property is as listed and shown in the photos. We had a little hiccup on the first night with supplies. Situation was remedied first thing the next morning. Location was central, yet, off the beaten path. As mentioned in the other reviews...the small refrigerator is a big minus. I heeded the reviews and had an ice chest prepared. Will definitely book again when in the city.

Good Girls Trip!

Myself and three girlfriends stayed for a girls getaway in New Orleans. This was a great option as it had four bedrooms and three bathrooms and was located in a more low-key neighborhood but still relatively close to the French Quarter. I would have given the unit five stars if it had at least one full length mirror and a couple of additional mirrors in bedrooms to facilitate a bunch of women getting ready. I will say in one of the bathrooms the sink is extremely small, so even brushing, your teeth is a bit tight. The other suggestion I would have - one of our cell phones died while we were there and not having any way to set an alarm and/or a sound machine for street noise was problematic. A little extra touch would be to provide an alarm clock and sound machine for the two bedrooms facing the street. Overall a reasonable accommodation for a great trip!

Super cute and very clean!

Apartment was in safe, walkable, and in great location. Very responsive and accommodating host. Luggage storage for late departure was wonderful bonus. Our group of four couples made it work but two rooms were very small. With luggage out and open there wasn’t much room to maneuver. Only room #1 has connecting bathroom. No closets. Room #4 has a hanging rod. Two rooms have a dresser. You might add bath mats and a trash can in main bathroom. A larger living area would have been nice for our late night card games. However, we will definitely stay again!

Great for family gatherings as long as you don’t have to park a car

The property was a pictured. I was familiar with the neighborhood and from the front of the building it is a picturesque street. Looking out the back there are abandoned high rises nearby and many homeless. The problem came when I wanted to park my car. Many open lots are nearby but not with security. I parked in several only to get out and see the surrounding cars all had anti-theft devices on the steering wheels and that was in the middle of the day. The one lot that had a gate that was recommended by the host and a local friend took payment but never gave a code for entry and had very bad reviews for vandalism and had more homeless outside. After 45 minutes of searching I gave up and drove near Canal Street and parked in a high rise there. We otherwise felt safe and enjoyed the location but the parking was a major obstacle. One of the other reviews mentioned moderate street noise. In the bedroom facing the street I needed earplugs to sleep but the interior rooms were quiet. There were no closets and no luggage racks, that is something small but would have been a big plus. TV is streaming so standard channels were not available, I used my Direct TV. Beds were comfortable, towels new and the unit was clean. As the other reviews mentioned the very small fridge made it difficult to even hold beverages. A second small fridge would have helped. I would stay again if I did not have a car. We enjoyed our time.

Property was beautiful, loved the old charm and modern upgrades. Mentioned the bed frame was a bit shaky and they came and fixed it the next day. Had some wifi issues and they did their best to get it resolved. We were only there for a short time tho and we had good phone service so it didnt really matter. The ease of a free private parking space as compared to other properties where u have to pay or find parking really was what sealed the deal tho. Also, great location. Far enough away that it was quiet but we ubered around town to the museums and no ride was ever over 15 bucks. Give em a try, we were very happy with our stay.
