Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Itinerary was confirmed 2 days prior to trip. Upon arrival, host provided no check in instructions. When contacted, she informed us that her VRBO account had been suspended and that she was cancelling the reservation, forcing us to find new lodging at 12am
