There was no check in. All info was received online. Very easy. As for the rest of the stay... The people in the room next to us played music so loud until 515am that the wall was vibrating. The security tried to ask them to turn down, they turned it louder. We called cops at 2am they got there at 515. They were also smoking mary j inside the entire time. We contacted VRBO, they contacted the hosteeva rep who Told me cust care was open 24/7 but that I needed to call back at 9am when then opened!! Neither vrbo or hosteeva offered to relocate us or help us in any way other than offer me a 10% credit on my vrbo account. (Will def not be booking again with vrbo anytime soon) the commercials on TV that say they help customers if there is a problem to relocate, however when were not offered relocation. the mattress was on a board on a frame and was too short to see the low mounted TV in you were laying in bed or even sitting up like upright. It was extremely low and very hard and lumpy. The rug is glued to the floor. There are large gaps in the floor so beware if you were any kind of heel.There was lip gloss sitting on the mirror ledge....( not ours) The TV remote was broken. There is NO WATER PRESSURE To flush or shower. There were extra towels and garbage bags and detergent. The best part of the rental was the weekend security guards downstairs. They were seriously the nicest most helpful delightful people ever!
