The hotel was gorgeous! Had that great southern charm! It was within walking distance to dinning and transportation into down town. 10/10 would stay agian!
We were there for a wedding that was 5 blocks away. It was quaint and clean and safe. Big room and great staff. So convenient to the trolley and also walkable to some restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
Great stay and loved the Lower Garden. The Queen Anne is a grand dame, so if that’s your style it’s perfect. I loved the large room snd kitchenette w fridge, micro, coffee maker, (dishes, not paper) a dining table and desk!
Quiet, safe. Close to street car service. Near dining. Walkabe area

The property was in a unique stately home with tall ceilings. Parking was a plus. Breakfast was put together by six-year olds. Hot water ran out quickly. Location was excellent.
Beautiful old home conveniently located one block from the St. Charles streetcar line. Comfortable, spacious room with working microwave, fridge, and good WiFi. Felt safe on property, but security measures tell the tale of the relative safety of the area. Not quite as clean as I would have liked but would stay there again.
Beautiful 1890s mansion! Yes there is some wear and tear but that's to be expected with the building's age. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely want to stay here the next time we are back in New Orleans.

Rooms were beautiful although in need of repair. Did not realize o had to walk around the corner of the street to check in or get breakfast. All in all nice place just not sure worth the rate
For the price, I don't think it could be better. Loved the old architecture, furniture, decor. Breakfast was ordinary but included, and the coffee wasn't bad. The room was comfortable and spacious. Amenities all worked. One piece of constructive feedback is that the rug needed cleaning pretty badly.
So this was a unique hotel that very much embodied the New Orleans spirit. It had a nice romantic charm.
Unfortunately, I was in town for business. I picked the hotel because it was close to where I was working and was at the right price point.
It had a great bed. But only one chair and no table or desk. The shower was a bit disappointing.
I think this would be a great hotel for a romantic getaway.
The Queen Anne is a stately old home converted to a hotel. It is located in the Lower Garden District. Check-in is in the Prytania Park Hotel a block away. I was greeted by the very friendly hotel manager, who explained that the Queen Anne had very limited parking (two spaces as it turned out) but that Prytania Park had plenty of free parking. We drove around to the Queen Anne and were able to park there. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The grounds were lovely. My wife and I sat out there and had a class of wine, which we brought, there is no bar or restaurant in the Queen Anne. We had dinner at a very nice restaurant two blocks away on St. Charles Street and breakfast at an old favorite about four blocks away. It was a very pleasant stay at a good price, especially with the free parking.

Awesome classic building but misleading pictures
The good: Classic and beautiful building, worth staying for the experience. Very convenient location, in the heart of the city, within walking distance from places to hang out or visit and close to the streetcar line. They had free parking, which is hard to find in New Orleans.
The bad: The AC is central and you don't have any control. It went very hot and felt like I couldn't breathe at moments. Breakfast was limited and I had to sit outside in the cold.
The ugly: I got a room that was much narrower and darker than what the pictures suggested. I guess all rooms are different but that was a let-down.
Reviews mentioned the multi buildings, but when the cab arrived at the property, it was impossible to find the main office. We had to call to find it. The property I was in was pretty, but no street lighting and the sidewalk was dangerous. I felt so unsafe I moved to a different property the next morning. Rooms are musky, wallpaper peeling, headboard stained. When my card key didn't work, there was no one behind the desk to assist. Had to wait over 20 minutes and call.

First the good things. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Now the bad stuff. The parking, office and breakfast (which was very minimal) was 1 1/2 blocks away from the room. The room was on the second floor with no elevator and the room itself was much smaller than that pictured on the website. the room was in disrepair, with low water pressure, a lumpy mattress, battered furniture and a burned out lightbulb in the bathroom. The room keys kept de-magnitizing, making me take a 3 block walk roundtrip to the office for new keys more than once. This property was relatively expensive and I cannot recommend it.
Friendly, helpful staff. Nice location not far from French Quarter and Superdome.

Not worth the good price
I was hoping for a romantic time, but it was less than desirable. The property grounds are nice, but the surrounding neighborhood is pretty sketchy and our room faced the street and there was a lot of car noise. I let the customer service people know about the cobwebs and spiders up on the ceiling and the broken toilet handle, but nothing happened. A pretty meager breakfast was served on the walkway outside between buildings. The good is free and safe parking, and other than the 8 legged friends up there, the room and bathroom was clean.
It was a beautiful historic home with a wonderful porch, location, and access to public transportation.

Wonderful old home that needs a little TLC and upgrades, new paint, wallpaper, etc. The bathroom was clean and the bedroom itself was clean for the most part but a few cobwebs on the high ceiling and dirty vents. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The office was not close. Luckily we ran into another guest who was very kind and showed us where it was. Office staff was very nice and there was free parking.
Had an overall nice stay for a wedding over the weekend. Front desk staff was wonderful for our check in late Friday night and helped us navigate to them due to many roads being closed for Mardi Gras parades. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We felt safe walking everywhere we needed to go, mostly downtown near Bourbon Street. Walk was around 30 min. Must not have read the description closely enough, though, because we expected a BnB type experience with breakfast. But apparently due to Covid, only grab and go items were offered for breakfast and it was pretty pathetic-cereal, some toast, yogurt, oatmeal/grits packets, fruit cups, and yogurt. Quite disappointing.
