  • The Duke is the newest luxury vacation rental added in November 2022 to the Summit Nola Collection of historic renovated properties. This lavish Greek Revival townhome, designed and styled by Caroline Cochran, includes a separate two story one bedroom living quarter in the rear accessed via the courtyard with a heated cocktail pool. Be part of New Orleans rich history but with all the modern day conveniences.

    Impeccably decorated, no expense was spared in creating this stylish home including all custom bedding, drapes and furniture, the highest quality linens, marble in every bathroom and copper sinks. There is a stunning living room overlooking Magazine Street, a formal dining room that seats 14 people, and a media room with an 85" tv. Relax in your private heated cocktail pool at the end of the day.
