About this property
Suburban area condo. Ideal for the avid fisherman or fishing family.
- Suburban area condo 2 Bedrooms, each bedroom has a Queen bed and a set of bunks. 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers. One has a washer and dryer to accommodate your laundry needs. Complete kitchen, stove refrigerate, table and a bar. Full living room with large sectional couch and recliner. Back deck where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine or that beer and cigar. We also have a small grill out on the deck. We provide complete bed and bath linens, we do not provide personal care products such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo Etc. Also we provide complete cookware, silverware, dishes. 3 TV'S one in each bedroom and one in the living room. WiFi and cable, plenty of entertainment near by, Great restaurants, bars, clubs and live entertainment. We have 3 parking spots out front and additional parking on the side for boats. We are in an ideal location for fishing Delacroix Island, Shell Beach, Hopedale and Bayou Bienvenue. We are about 10 miles from the French Quarter No Pets and No Smoking
