    Fully furnished large two Bedroom two bath secure condo in the Warehouse/Arts district with sweeping panoramic views of downtown New Orleans.

    Condo is perfect for couples, families, convention attendees, football fans and large groups. Unit is in walking distance of most of New Orleans best attractions and is only a short walk from the New Orleans Superdome and Smoothie King Arena.

    Furnished Luxury Condo in the popular Warehouse/Arts district.

    Fully furnished, luxury Condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 5th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10.

    Unit is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 full bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city.

    In addition to the two full bedrooms, the unit is equipped with two queen sized sofa sleepers.

What a wonderful condo! We love trying new places in NOLA and this condo is now top of our list. Proximity to the SuperDome and everything we wanted to do! Sad we only booked one night and did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We will be back! The beds are amazing! Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Beautiful building with great views.

This is a great place to stay! The parking was very easy and convenient! It was a short walk to the places we went in New Orleans! The check in process was very easy! Everything was awesome!

This property was great! I loved the added security of badging in. The neighborhood was quiet and it was located within walking distance of so many attractions. The property manager was super helpful and super responsive! Would stay here again!

Comfortable living & access

The place was very clean and more spacious than what the pictures had showed. I felt incredibly safety as well. The walks to the Superdome, Bourbon St., and other nearby places were very manageable, even if you’re not a walker. I would absolutely stay here again!

Good center point

The apartment is located halfway between The French Quarter and the Garden District making it a nice central location for visiting New Orleans. Its also right off the highway which made it easy to come and go. It has a gated parking lot which was nice even though it seemed to be a safe neighborhood. The bedrooms rooms were roomy and both had their own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and I'm picking when it comes to beds. The coach was a little worn out and could stand to be replaced but I served it purpose. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away which was really convenient. I would definitely stay here again

When we arrived the ac wasn't working. I contacted the host and he immediately got a guy to come out and get it going. The linens were still in the washer and dryer so my wife fished them up and put away. There was parking available of street but very tight for my F150. The location was Excellent so we walked everywhere. Loved our stay. Thank you for hosting my family.

We recently made the decision to visit New Orleans to experience the vibrant culture of the area and part of that required choosing a place to stay. After much thought, planning,and research we chose to book this condo.It was a decision well made. The location was great, close enough to most of the attractions and still far enough away to have peace and quiet. The gated secured parking was truly a great touch and gave a little extra piece of mind. The condo had more than enough space and accommodations for our stay. The air conditioning was top notch after a day of strolling and exploring the streets and many events in the area. I'd definitely do it all over again.

Safe clean quiet and convenient. A little confusion getting the keys into the property. We could not raise the host upon arrival by intercom or messaging. Fortunately another guest in the foyer let us in the building. After that initial hiccup everything was perfect. Parking next to the property was a plus. The streetcar to the French Quarter was merely two blocks away. Easy rideshare to the WWII museum. We would stay again and highly recommend. We were 3 adults in NOLA for a long weekend.
