This property is as advertised. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Close proximity to everywhere you want to get to in NOLA.
The house looked exactly as pictured and the neighbors were very friendly. This house is literally in the perfect location everything was about a 7 to 8 minute drive away. Oh and my family and myself loved how comfortable the beds were. I would absolutely stay again.
20 minute walk to Jazz Fest. French Quarter and Frenchmen also walkable during the day or with a group. The house was extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. It really felt homey and the neighborhood was quiet. Nearby, I recommend eating at Gabrielle on Orleans and Addis (Ethiopian) on Bayou/Desoto. Whole Foods is walkable and has a nice prepared food selection.
The apartment is very spacious with really comfortable bedding. It is close to several bus stops for cheap and easy transportation. Great local food near by. A few bus stops away from the French Quarter. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Close to a park/greenway and Wholefoods. Fast communication and very accommodating to our needs. Would stay here again. Also affordable pricing.
This is the place you want to stay! Close to the action but tucked away enough for your peace and quiet. The beds are cozy. Home is spacious and floor plan is unique!!! Yes yes yes! The host has got style and grace and shows in the decorations. We hate to leave but happy others can enjoy this home like we did!
Check in was simple once we were able to communicate effectively. 1) AT&T service has been wonky. 2) 18 hours post hurricane may have caused hiccups in texting/VRBO messaging. Ebony’s place was perfect for our trip. Inexpensive to French Quarter when we Ubered and adequate parking for our rental. Had a great time and look forward to the next time!
The location was great, nothing seemed too far away. The neighborhood was active but quite chill, no real disturbances during our stay. The unit is a “shotgun” or duplex if you will, so it was kind of hard for my little one to settle down for the neighbor during “quiet hours”. The rental was good for what you pay, but it could really use some love. We felt like we were going to break everything, the furniture was falling apart and nothing was stable. The only shower was janky and took a min to get it to work right. Just need a handyman to tighten everything up a bit. The games were a nice touch for winding down during the only time we were there after long days of exploring. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.
Nice house and centrally located. Definitely would recommend

Good location and clean.
If you want to experience real New Orleans, you should stay here. It's in a real neighborhood, no tourists. Place was great for our needs and communication was prompt and courteous.
The neighborhood is not what I’d call safe. The back door was not acceptable to me and is attached to the room children sleep in. The walk from the property to the city is not pleasant. Don’t stay here with your family! The neighbor was extremely rude as well. I wish I could find good in our stay. We really tried to make the most of it.
The rental was very cozy and welcoming, conveniently located nearby popular today attractions but also allows one to live amongst the locals and really submerge themselves in the New Orleans culture filled with southern hospitality and great food. I would definitely book this rental again.

The availability of the bicycles really made an impact on my stay. I was able to bike to the Jazz Fest in less than 15 minutes and safely lock up the bike there...a GREAT perk!
The check-in information was given the same day after the property's staff finished cleaning. This is a great location 10 minutes drive away from most attractions such as the French Quarter, Audobon Park, and City Park. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet during our stay. Some supplies were running out such as the handsoap, and no free bath products or laundry detergent, just an FYI. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, but we let the property manager know and they were very responsive and even offered to fix it during our stay. Overall, a good experience and I would stay again.
Everything was perfect. It was neat, very comfortable. It had wifi, and firestick to watch movies and more. The price was the best you will find to fit for a small group or family. I will recommend it to anyone. When i go back, i will be hoping to book this exact spot.
This place is in a great location. The neighborhood looks a little rough (half done construction on the roads, etc) but the people are very friendly. It is about 1.5 miles from the heart of the French Quarter. Close enough to walk yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. We did not use the bikes but they were air up and ready to go.

This property is only a 10-minute drive to the city. It is located in the Treme neighborhood right around the corner from the Zulu Social and Pleasure Club. Parking can be a bit tight when there are events. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance like Dookie Chase and Willie Mae's. The area is steep in historical significance and you may just catch a second line going down the street.

We loved the neighborhood it was great. Met new friends.
They had half the roof done starting at 8:00 am. Got told the night before. When we got to the house there was nothing there like salt pepper, sugar ,tea coffee. We had to find a store to buy the stuff we need. When we were leaving we had to take the sheets off the beds garbage out I have never had to do this before and pay to have it cleaned.
The location is good & easy to get to French Quarter and the Interstate. Overall, the property needs some real TLC. The front door was falling apart and many things seemed to need either a repair or a deep cleaning. Mattresses were comfy & the kitchen was stocked with cooking wares. Parking wasn’t too difficult along the street. Neither TV remote/TVs never worked, despite me asking for batteries when someone came to fix the front door lock. It would have been nice to watch a TV. The dressers are ornamental only given how flimsy made. I appreciated the prompt communication regarding an issue with the front door lock, but at the same time I gave a heads up about the failing battery warning the day before and wish we didn’t have to worry about the front door not locking when we were trying to leave for an appointment. Towels were thread bare and rough. Minimal hand soap & no shampoo, so bring your own supplies. All in all it did the job and I like having a kitchen, but things could have been better.

Really Wanted To Enjoy Our Experience
We came to New Orleans for 3 friends birthdays and we’re pretty excited, as this was our first time. We got bad news that our property was double booked and had very little feedback from VRBO to fix the issue. This was resolved by the host and we were appreciative! We wanted to enjoy the property after all this but had issues with contact, our electronic door code locking us out after 12 AM on multiple occasions, the lock box code being incorrect, dirty dishes, etc. All together a pretty exhausting experience.
