I would have very much enjoyed and appreciated a pool instead of having to go to another facility that a friend was staying to go swimming. Which was very inconvenient for me.

Doesn’t say you have to pay for parking Valley parking for 50$ a night! Or park on the street prolly get your car stolen, or pay for other parking for 20-30$ 24hrs! Got to the room the a/c didn’t work, red big stain on the floor and wallpaper falling off the wall…changed room the new was okay tried to get house keeping to get the room cleaned and new blankets etc…but you have to book them a day before and we got there on the 9th and wasn’t told and was trying to do it on the 10th….

Well my view was beautiful from my room and the people who worked there was really cool man, I enjoyed conversating with them they were real, I liked it though even the valet people too, everybody was cool as hell, I like your employees they actually make me want to come back.

I was pleasantly surprised at our stay at this Sonesta. While the hotel is dated, the service was great and the stay in our hotel suite was very quiet. We were on the 8th floor but by the elevator- so I expected it to be noisier than it was. Barely heard the comings and goings of the other guests.

Very convenient all around. Easy to walk to most things. Excellent rooms. Comfy bed. Bus stop right out front. Breakfast somewhat lacking but better than having to go out every morning.

Room was spacious. Staff were friendly and facility was clean. Valet parking was a bit expensive but worth it to avoid the hassle of parking in New Orleans.

They need to keep the rooms updated. I guess they think water damage is ok to have and not fix. There is a bus stop in the front next to the entrance so there are always people hanging around waiting for the bus. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is friendly

I picked this hotel based on the size of the room and proximity to the French quarter. My travel companions and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and decor was updated. We also loved that hot breakfast was included daily. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the ironing board was missing from our room and valet took over 40 minutes to bring our car. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend.

The first room they gave us had bugs crawling on the mattress and the mattress was filthy the second room was better in that area but the pillows were full if hair when asking for pillowcases the front desk caucasian lady said they didnt have any to give me the black lady went and found some. Just terrible pictures wete nothing like actual hotel and room the rest of the staff was great

The location was great and convenient, within walking distance to many of the places that we wanted to visit. The price was of great value. The room was ample and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our requests. All in all a great stay while visiting New Orleans. I would definetely stay here again.

Parking is $45 per night! This should be disclosed on the website. No complimentary water. Purchased two small bottles for $8. Sofa bed had no bedding or pillows and there was no hand soap in bathroom. Called front desk and they wanted me to come get them. I did not and asked them to drop it off in my room and they did. My overall impression is that they are not customer service oriented or interested in making your stay comfortable. I would recommend going elsewhere.

The property was walkable to most of the famous attractions in the city. The bus transportation was on par, just right outside of the hotel or within a one block walking distance.

Location is less than 10-15 min walking distance to Bourbon. Quiet hotel. Lobby is clean. Staff was pleasant. We especially appreciated Brandon for his dope personality and suggestions for local restaurants and things to do.
Rooms were okay and bathrooms could be a little updated. Loved the rooftop. So relaxing and calm.
I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay at this hotel. The suite was massive with a full kitchen. It was about 15 min walk to Bourbon St. We took an Uber most places if we didn't feel like walking. Thought it was well priced for the accommodations.

Budget friendly accommodations, conveniently located, but the pillows were the hardest we have encountered at any hotel. Quality sleep makes all the difference, and it was hard to achieve with rock hard pillows.

The room seems okay upon entry… however after a few minutes the various stains in the carpets, countertops and then sheets were soon discovered. Staff makes you sign a paper saying you won’t have a party yet we heard loud music around 2am. 4 star hotel is a stretch, the breakfast offered in the morning was minimal and mostly gone and not replenished around 930. Never again.
