The hotel is using the pandemic as an excuse to limit services. No room service was available. In room dining was supposed to be available if you went to the restaurant and ordered but the best restaurant was closed for a wedding. Using a delivery. service in New Orleans at a great hotel in New Orleans was notwhatIwanted.

This hotel is so convenient to everything, the public areas are lovely, and the rooms are comfortable. Service is limited due to Covid-restrictions but the hotel made us aware of those limitations before we arrived. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
