Full Kitchen and Bathroom and 4 Laundry rooms in the building!!! Come Stay with Us!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Excellent location for French Qtr and Jazz Fest

Place was perfect for our few nights in NOLA. Close to French Quarter, street cars and Jazz Fest shuttle. Host was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

NOLA Stay

Genesis, our host, provided an excellent experience during our stay. This loft offered great flexibility and was conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions. The unit was well-maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this accommodation for future guests.

Perfect location, just off the craziness so it wasn’t loud but could still walk to everything. Right next door to the best breakfast/brunch spot Ruby Slippers. Host was super responsive & helpful before & during stay. Would recommend.

Perfect Spot for a Girls Trip

Stayed here with my two friends for my birthday trip. I was so thoroughly pleased at how clean and spacious the property was. It was also within walking distance of Canal St and Bourbon. Genesis was SUPER responsive and friendly with accommodating our needs during our stay. I would most definitely book here again.

Great location for nightlife and breakfast

Only stayed one night but the property was great. Over a cafe that we are at the next morning and only a couple minutes walk from bourbon street. Genesis was very responsive and answered any questions I had.

Very nice room in a great location

We were in town for the Halloween parade. We dress up every year. There was plenty or room for all our stuff as got in costume. The walk to the parade route was easy. Also close to plenty of great places to eat. We love room. Much better that a hotel.

Feeling Like A Local

Was staying the night to catch Clejan, the Trap Violinist, on Bourbon. Loved the location, truly made me feel like a local. Traveling alone I felt safe the entire time. Great area within walking distance of SO much. Highly recommend, especially if you’re doing a solo R&R trip like I did 💜
