Stay in our spacious 3.5-bedroom, 3-bath Uptown retreat! Steps from Tulane, Audubon Park, and the St. Charles streetcar, you’ll have easy access to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. With plenty of room for family or friends, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort and location—whether you’re here to stroll oak-lined streets, catch live music, or explore the city, you’ll love coming back to relax here.
This home is one block to St. Charles and on the same block square as Loyola University. This spacious flat is located entirely on the second story of a double home. Step right into the living room that flows in the dining area, followed by the kitchen. All bedrooms can be accessed individually off the primary hallway. Extremely comfortable beds with fresh linens, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi access, washer & dryer.
There is NO smoking, no pets.

Excellent property and I would highly recommend it. Be fair warned: it is an older property and there is a faint smell of the furnace in the stairwell as well as older appliances and dated kitchen and baths. BUT, here is where this property outperformed of four different VRBOs I've had in NOLA: first, the location. Four easy blocks off of Audubon Park cannot be beat. Second, it was BY FAR the cleanest rental I've ever gotten. Third, it's incredibly quiet. No noise whatsoever. Fourth, it is sunlit which is amazing. Finally and not last, the beds were incredibly comfortable. I truly got great nights of sleep! I've never re-rented a VRBO but I am seriously considering re-renting this when we come back to NOLA to see family.

It was very clean and the location was perfect. It took a bit to hear from the person to give us instructions but the staff helped and it all worked out just fine and we had a wonderful stay.
