Spacious ranch style open floor plan ,located on a corner lot. With lots of parking and space for 2 boats.. There are three bedrooms, with sleeper sofa.- Sleeps 8. Two bathrooms, a laundry room, a large fully modernized kitchen, a large fully furnished living room and a den. Large backyard with 9-foot deep pool. Six miles from famous New Orleans French Quarter. Chalmette battleground site of the 1812 Battle of New Orleans approximately 1.5 miles. Val Riess baseball complex 2 miles. Gateway to the greatest fishing grounds in America. (Owner's unit attached to main house, used by owner's when in town. This is not part of VRBO rental)

We take a family trip ever couple of years this year was New Orleans. The Cozy corner was just the place we were looking for in a quiet neighborhood it had all amenities we needed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool in the back was the icing on the cake it was nice for our outside activities. The host was also very nice and called me the night before to go over the keyless lock code and to see if.i needed any help with anything else

Our family had plenty of room enjoyed being at our rental-we were able to get in and out of New Orleans very easily. The owner was very communicative on all steps of the process, including why we were in the rental, letting us know what was going on.

Happy Holiday

The house was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool area is nice to relax by. Pool is older. We loved the location and easy access to French Quarter. We took taci to parade given the crowds. The owner was very helpful giving us suggestions. We had a wonderful time here.

Weekend in NOLA

We stayed at this property for the weekend to watch a Broncos football game. The location was great as well as the area it was in. If we're ever going to watch another game in New Orleans. This property would be a great place to stay.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay and the house met all our needs. Typically I have trouble sleeping away from home but the beds were so comfortable that I fell asleep quickly. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages and had great suggestions for local eateries. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice area. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Absolutely some of the best host we’ve encountered!

We were in the midst of a hurricane. We were able to arrive to New Orleans early. The home was great. The host was so kind clean and exactly what we needed.

Wonderful family vacation

The home was absolutely wonderful. Every person we talked to said that Chalmette is the safest town in the area and we were comfortable walking to the Fiery Crab (you must try!) and other businesses in the area. The back yard is great and the pool is wonderful on a nice warm day. Mike was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We got to chat with him when he stopped by to tend to the pool and it was so nice. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Location

The house is so inviting and clean. All necessities are available. The host was so kind and checked on us throughout our stay. It is a short drive to the French Quarter. If you are looking for some peace and quiet at night, and the feel of a comfortable home then this is the place for you.

Fully equipped house in a peaceful neighborhood

My husband, mom, and a couple friends stayed here for jazz fest and had an ideal experience. The swimming pool was nice in the heat we aren't used to and the air conditioning inside was also quite nice. Host was very responsive though we did not have any real issues with this place. Highly recommend for a group looking to visit NOLA but have a peaceful place to stay at night.

As Advertised with some Caveats

Our family enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. The house was very clean and the beds were excellent. Overall, the immediate neighborhood was solid. There were vehicles and boats in driveway so the parking was limited but we only had one vehicle, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We are people who eat in, so I’d suggest upgrading the cookware. Although, in this town, we ate out a lot,of course!
