Our stay was amazing! Our first trip to New Orleans and the owners of this amazing home made it absolutely perfect! The restaurant recommendations from them were amazing and so was the music recommendations! Walking distance to everything but just far enough to get some peace and sleep. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, and very simple check in. From the recommendations to the simple act of caring and checking in to make sure our stay was going well we can honestly say when we book a trip back to New Orleans we will only book Masion Royal!

Anniversary get away

We had a great visit celebrating 4th of July and our anniversary. The host was very nice and gave many recommendations for local businesses. The unit was somewhat small but clean and completely met our needs Thank you for a great stay, would recommend

Quiet and relaxing

Perfect studio to stay for a day or longer, just next to Frenchman st. Close enough for local pubs and venues and just beyond from Bourbon area rhat you can still walk there in about 19 minutes. Bed is comfy bathroom great, has a small fridge for waters and microwave to reheat leftovers. Place is clean and host is very responsive. I come back here every chance i have.

Cute place that is close to the action

Clean and centrally located, great communication by property management, would definitely book again. Suggestion bring some ear plugs, Frenchman St. has nighttime action that can get loud.

Great weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for a friend and I to visit for a weekend. It was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded back very quickly. Would definitely book again if we decided to return!

Perfect place next to Frenchmen

Very cozy, lovely place to stay. Lots of cool neighborhoods just around the corner. This is where the cool cats hang around! Just be mindful of the occasional loud guests bypassing during the weekend. The hosts are super helpful and accommodating!

Perfect spot for exploring the Maringy and going to the Jazz Fest!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the Jazz Fest. There was plenty of space for the 2 of us, and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and had everything we needed. Although we didn't use the coffee maker (too many good places to get coffee - shout out to the Ayu Bakehouse, and my personal favorite breakfast spot, Verti Marte), it was appreciated, as were the guest information book and extra towels. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We had a very minor issue with the showerhead, and the host was prompt and helpful. The suite is literally steps from Frenchman street - it could not be more convenient for all the live music venues. That does also mean that the party is essentially outside your front door. I'm a sound sleeper so it didn't keep me from getting a good night's sleep!

Love location

Location to what I like most around Frenchman St and other areas. Room in comfortable and quiet didn't have to change the temp in the room. I was very relaxed when i got in from class and able to recharge before visiting local area venues. Communication with managers was easy and responsive. Thank you for the hospitality.

70th Shindig Vacation

We were in NOLA to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday and the Big Easy did not disappoint. First picking the Maison Royal was the perfect decision, not only is it in walking distance to almost everything. The bed is so comfortable, there is a coffee maker and fridge in the room. We walked down Frenchmen Street every night and listened to live music. We felt safe everywhere we went. My husband left his meds at home, so we had them mailed overnight express, the property managers Wallace and Rebecca were so helpful in making sure we received our package. I recommend the Maison Royal to any age couple wanting a weekend getaway or a week stay. We stayed 5 nights. This place is awesome.

Check-in

We had quite a bit of difficulty getting the key out of the lock box. Directions given to us were good until the final step which was the actual opening of the box. We didn’t know to pull down the front panel. We called the manager who was able to tell us exactly what to do. After that, we had no problem whatsoever. As an aside, this was done in pouring rain! We look forward to staying here again.
