Hi LaJuanna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We enjoyed hosting you for two weeks, and are so sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience. It is our utmost goal to provide an amazing experience to all of our guests, and we apologize for missing the mark. You are right that we require and enforce strict maximum occupancy limits for our units by requiring guest names upon check-in, and employing security that cross checks at the door via guest list. Our 4-bedroom units have a maximum of 10 guests per unit, so you may have seen some groups of 10 people, but please rest assured that we strictly monitor that no group exceeds this maximum. Our reservation system at the pool and other shared outdoor spaces also allows each group to have exclusive use of any area during their reserved time, and does not allow large gatherings over 10 people to occur. The health and safety of our guests as well as our employees is extremely important to us. Please rest assured that we have daily housekeeping staff that cleans and monitors the public areas throughout the day. In addition, we regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles and elevator buttons throughout the day. We apologize that you didn’t see this happening – our staff is trained to be quiet and discreet when possible! The Premium Parking lot across the street from us offers 24-hour parking for approximately $30 per day, which is quite competitive for the area, as the downtown area tends toward $40-$50 for overnight parking. Our front desk staff also offers information about more budget-friendly overnight parking within a 10-minute walk from our front door. We truly apologize if this information was not made available to you. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any issues that you experienced during your stay. We are very sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your stay with us at the Natchez and a bit surprised that you suggested cheap construction! Not sure what gave you that impression as all the finishes are high end and most reviews we receive make it a point of stating so. We checked the cabinet door alignment in the unit you stayed in (bathrooms and kitchens) and did not find anything out of alignment, but thank you for making that statement because it caused us to double-check all of our suites for properly aligned doors. We also had a note in our file that one LED light was replaced after your stay when the suite was inspected. The LEDs are supposed to last 50,000 hours and for some reason one of them in the suite you stayed in was malfunctioning. A quick call or stop by the 24 hour front desk would have remedied the problem in minutes. We are sorry we were not informed of this issue during your stay. Almost every wall in the building dividing units is 15” solid brick so noise is not usually a problem. Again, we wish you had notified the front desk of any noise issues so we could have investigated same. The Natchez recently received a 4.5 star rating from one of the largest booking agencies online which is the highest rating they offer without a restaurant being located in the same building. We are very proud of that rating and feel we honestly earned it. Again, we are sorry you didn’t fully enjoy your stay, and only wish we had heard from you while staying with us.
