Natural light pours through the windows of this freshly updated Lower Garden District condo, where warm afternoons drift into cool evenings and the hum of Magazine Street fills the air just steps from your door. Settle in, pour yourself something from the kitchen, and let New Orleans come to you - this is your home base in one of the city's most beloved neighborhoods.
Living space
The main living area strikes a balance between comfort and function. A 43-inch HDTV with Netflix and standard cable keeps evenings effortless, while the dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - and fast Wi-Fi (179 Mbps, verified) make remote work genuinely practical. A ceiling fan and split-type ductless AC and heating system keep the space comfortable year-round, and board games are tucked away for a low-key night in. Room-darkening shades let you sleep in on your own terms.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is anchored by a king bed dressed in premium linens, giving you the kind of sleep that makes a trip feel like a real reset. Ample clothing storage, a closet, and hangers mean you can actually unpack. Fresh towels and bed linens are included.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is outfitted with Frigidaire stainless steel appliances - electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher - along with a microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for sit-down meals. A drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses round things out for mornings and evenings alike. Coffee is provided to get you started.
Outdoor living
Step through to your private balcony overlooking Magazine Street. Whether it's morning coffee with the neighborhood waking up below or an evening wind-down as the streetlights flicker on, this is a spot worth lingering.
Bathroom
The renovated bathroom features a modern shower with hot water and complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A hair dryer, iron, and cleaning products are also on hand.
Family-friendly features
A pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding high chair with padding, straps/harness, and food tray are both available upon request. Babysitter recommendations can also be provided.
Arrival & security
Check in on your own schedule using the smart lock and private entrance. Free street parking is available, and the property is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Cleaning is available during your stay, and long-term stays are welcome.
