About this property

Lovely uptown camelback available; two bedrooms on private floor.

  • Very attractive, private space in the upstairs of a camelback in uptown New Orleans. One block from bustling Magazine St.; a few blocks from Napoleon and St. Charles Ave. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, very close to great bars, restaurants, parks, and shopping. A lovely landscaped backyard and deck available to tenants, as well as a barbecue grill. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living area, washer and dryer, and kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Very accessible to the area universities, public transportation and various New Orleans neighborhoods. WiFi accessible as well as TV with HBO, Showtime, etc. Very friendly dog lives on premises but is not in guests' area.
