Thanksgiving in NOLA
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on property. The location is close enough to all the fun but also far enough to enjoy quiet time by the pool or as a group. The real star of our stay was the host Wilson. He was an effective communicator, was readily available, and ensured we had everything we needed.

Great Place for Children
Our 7-year old loved the pool and the giant chess set. Easy walk, even for her, to restaurants, streetcars and French Quarter. The friendly pet pig down the street was a bonus. Bring the kids!

Quiet, cozy, perfect location
Amazing location, and amazingly quiet rooms given the location's proximity to Frenchman St and myriad festivities. I assumed we were going to trade sleep quality for a prime location, but I was wrong! Very comfortable place, and the courtyard was great for our toddler to play. The owner was quick to respond and fix little things that came up during our 9-day stay. Would book again here in a heartbeat.

Comfortable stay for a large group, with a 9 year old. The pool was the perfect retreat after hot July days exploring the French Quarter, and the location was convenient to everything we needed. A perfect oasis in the Marigny.

Celebrating friendship
The location was great and the property manager Wilson was friendly and helpful. Sadly this property was not very clean. There was a problem with the temperature in the front room and the noise of the furnace in the first bedroom behind the kitchen. We were looking forward using the hot tub but the water was so cloudy that we opted out.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed—plenty of room for me and my four friends. The host was fantastic: super responsive and gave us a great list of places to go and tips on getting around. The location couldn’t be better—right near Frenchman Street and only about a 15-minute walk to Bourbon Street. I highly recommend this place and will definitely look to stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans!
