Quiet double near Magazine St
Quiet historical double 1 block off magazine st. the house is on a low traffic street. The only real noise is the kids playing at recess across the street at the school. the walk- through flat feels it's age but we liked that. Don't expect a 100 year old house to feel pristine. It was comfortable including the beds. Most of the windows are on the sides of the house and since it's so close to the neighbor, it doesn't get a lot of direct sun light fyi. It's a great neighborhood near Audobon park if you are looking for more of a low key stay out of the craziness of the Quarter. It's about a 18 min walk to the street car. Get the Le Pass app to use it. ubers were easy to get even when it rained. TVs only have antenna tv. I tried to stream netflix in the back den but it kept buffering - i think because of the plaster walls. It would probably be fine in the front bedroom where the modem is.

Charming house in garden district
This house was everything we were hoping for. It was very clean. The description was accurate and there were plenty of places for me and my 4 friends to sleep comfortably. There were lots of extra towels and blankets! We felt very safe and secure.

The location was excellent, however, I cannot give this property a high rating. It is dark and dingy. The TVs are baffling, and one of the bedrooms is immediately visible upon opening the front door, in what I assume was originally a dining room. The hot water in one of the showers is lukewarm, and the backyard, which is touted as one of the nicest features of this property, has obviously not been tended to for a very long time. Because of the location and a place to sleep, We enjoyed ourselves and nonetheless.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood
This home is in a great location by Magazine Street. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. Clay was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely return again in the future.

Terrific location and great space
This was a perfect fit for our needs. The location is very convenient, the street is quiet, plenty of easy and safe parking, and the house has a lot of charm. Clay was a very thoughtful and very responsive host.

Everything was wonderful. Family of 4 stayed 4 nights. The location was superb, we had everything we needed. It was a very quiet and charming neighborhood! Beds were comfy. Plenty of blankets and towels.

Tulane Trip
Great walking location to Tulane/Loyola Campus. The property had all new amenities and there was no scrimping on the towels, etc. Would rent again.....and tried but they were booked for our dates

Walking distance to groceries and park
This property is described well and is located within walking distance of the park and groceries. The backroom is very quiet, the kitchen allows voices and vibrations from the other side of the wall which makes spending time in the kitchen a challenge, and the front door sits directly across from a school playground. The front porch is a tight shared space if both tenants want to be outside. The backyard needs improvement before it can be utilized. Overall, it was fine for the purpose of my trip, which was to work remotely and see my family at their homes.

Great Convenient Stay Close to Tulane
This was a very convenient property close to Magazine Street and various shops and restaurants. The communication and rental process was easy and the beds were very comfortable and the showers and bathrooms were nice with good water pressure. The unit is 1 story which made it easy for our family and doing laundry while moving our daughter into Tulane, which was a 10 minute drive away. Thank you!

Perfect spot for family visit to New Orleans
This apartment could not have been more perfect for our family with three kids. Lovely neighborhood, easy to walk to lots of stuff on Magazine St., quiet and safe. Plenty of room for the five of us to spread out and relax, which made it a great haven between visits to things. The school across the street kept the schoolyard gates open and our pre-teen boys were able to use their basketball hoop in the off hours. Whole thing was idyllic. It was hard to leave!

Great, safe location
We enjoyed the sunny kitchen and comfortable, clean beds. We walked to Magazine Street shops and top-notch restaurants as well as to beautiful Audubon Park. It was an easy drive to Tulane and the front porch was amazing for sitting in the sun in comfy chairs! Thanks so much, Clay!

Great House
The home was very comfortable and clean. My husband and I took our three boys to explore New Orleans. The neighborhood was quite and we felt safe. We walked to dinner a few nights to some great Mexican food and pizza. Grocery store is very close and can walk to Magazine Street and shopping.

Charmer with the best location
This was a great spot for our couples trip, really charming, great kitchen, nice bathrooms. We had a few quirks during our stay, like the fire alarm randomly going off in the middle of the night and a bathroom door coming loose, but the host was responsive and fixed the problem promptly. If you are a light sleeper and end up with noisey neighbors you can hear things like heavy walking/running children pretty loudly in some rooms. But overall, it was the best local, super cute, comfy, and fit 6 people nicely. I would def stay here again!!!
