Fully furnished with full size washer and dryer, hand selected art, custom window treatments, huge rear and side yard, 8 security cameras available for tenants use through the mobile app, wifi and water included, solar panels create a negative Entergy bill and the lessor covers the landscaping and yard maintenance. 12' ceilings down and 11.5' up, with balconies accessible from the first and second floor.
