This location is on Magazine Street just one block from Canal Street which separates the French Quarter and the Central Business District. Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Saint Charles Avenue, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out, we would love to have you! Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. The location of this property was perfect. Within walking distance to so many areas of NO. Communication with the owner was excellent. We gave 4 stars because we felt that the unit was not as clean as it could be.
This place was like a deluxe hotel room with a kitchen! My only issue is that sound from the other units and hallway is pervasive. The bathroom fan, earplugs and a white noise maker. Other than that, zero complaints. Excellent location, spacious, fair pricing, Thanks, y'all!
The room was very nice, beds were comfy, and the place had everything we needed. Host was quick to answer any questions. We loved the convenience of this location. Parking was not a problem and we were able to park right in front the apartment. But I’m guessing parking would be much harder on a weekend and we stayed 2 week days. If we ever come back to New Orleans we will definitely look this place up again mainly for the affordable cost and convenience of location.
This location is amazing and the building is gorgeous! I happen to love this style. There are 3 bodegas within a block or two, and one has ready to heat meals for purchase if you don't enjoy eating out. There is a great little coffee shop about a block and a half away too. They have some pastries. There tons of great restaurants too. Public transportation stops nearby, or you can walk to the French quarter or the garden district easily from this place. We felt safe. There is a laundry room in the building and an elevator I think makes the building handicap accessible. The beds are comfortable, good hot water and decent water pressure. Everything was well stocked and ready upon our arrival. The host has great communication and made sure our stay was perfect. We will be booking again for our next trip.

New Orleans Mardi Gras experience
Good location. Be prepared for how loud it will be late into the night during Mardi Gras. Elevator is across the hall and the door and ppl can be heard coming and going. The room had clean towels. Kitchen was wiped. Fridge was clean. Not sure the sheets were clean. Dust and trash behind and under the bed. Even a pair of underwear. Coffee table cubby had green and white mold growing inside from a past spill. I alerted management. All I got was an apology. No offer to send a cleaner or discount.
I really enjoyed the stay. I did like how close it is to walk to the French Quarter and bourbon street which was accurate on the page and the place has a nice New Orleans feel to it with great brick walls to compliment the style.
Had a blast.. Easy to find and cute place to stay before boarding the cruise ship! Would definitely stay here again when visiting!!! Host was amazing with responses.
Cute apartment within walking distance of everything. Driving around and parking is hard so once you are there you kind of don’t want to move again unless you have to. There was different types of transportation available for whatever activity you want to do. The owner responded to issues quickly.
Property was great - close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very Disappointed
Good luck finding the front entrance, no signs or lights. Room was dirty and towels had hair all over them. The towel racks in the bathroom were ripped off the wall. Wood floors so all you hear are the people upstairs walking back and forth and one of them must have been wearing heals the whole time. Parking is a block away so you have to carry your own luggage thru the street to find a door with a tiny keypad and then enter the passcode with no lights to see it. Then you have to go down this long ugly hallway to find the elevator with a room across from it with garbage piled up high. Oh yeah, did I mention the people sleeping on the street and around you while you try and open the door with your luggage in the dark. Did not feel safe for one minute while staying there. Booked four nights and went to another hotel after the first night, my wife did not sleep the whole night. It looks like no one cleaned after the last guest left. There was food in the cabinets, used shampoo in the shower. Air conditioner is a wall unit up so high we couldn't reach it to adjust and then told the next day, oh, there should have been a remote for it.. Worst choice i ever made for a vacation

Great location near the French Quarter, and only steps from a great breakfast at the Ruby Slipper. Property was clean and secure. Neighborhood was safe and quiet (for New Orleans). Manager was excellent to work with. We would do it again!
Hurricane detoured our beach trip so we headed to New Orleans! We found this rental and booked super easy. Right off Canal St close to the Ruby Slipper. Parking lot one block. Easy access. Studio was clean modern comfortable and updated. We will definitely return.
