Loved the local cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for our needs and you could sense the history and the vibe of the neighborhood. Managers were responsive, welcoming, and a pleasure.
This was the perfect size house for our group of 10. The location was great for walking around and checking out the French Quarter. The host was great to communicate with.
A group of friends stayed at the house for Jazzfest. It was conveniently located to the fairgrounds by rental bike and conveniently located to the French Quarter. There are a few shops and cafés right in the area as well. The house was clean and roomy with a well equipped kitchen. The hosts were responsive and check in and check out were very easy!
Awesome 4 day stay. House is gorgeous restored mansion. Within walking distances of all tours (Natchez, Haunted Walking Tour, City Bus Tour, etc.). Convenient location, cost effective and super responsive property manager. Would return in a heartbeat.
This beautiful Well appointed mansion is perfect for a large group. Plenty of bathrooms and very comfortable rooms and beds. The common areas are wonderfully furnished to fit the theme of this great place.
We had a great stay while visiting for Jazz Fest. The house was very comfortable with most amenities we needed and a nice outdoor patio. The location was very convenient - 8 blocks to Bourbon Street and either a 30 min walk or 10 minute Uber to the Fair Grounds. We weren't advise walking around the neighborhood after dark though.
Family trip with 9 of us. The size of the house was perfect! Each couple and each single had their own room. Plenty of bathrooms. Huge table for some game time when we weren't walking to the quarter. Fantastic home base for a wonderful trip!

Put together a friends (6 of us) vacay and this property amazed all!! The decor in each and every room was beyond gorgeous spacious and comfortable the kitchen was ultra modern the living/dining cozy. The neighbors we encountered was so nice the neighborhood quiet at night felt safe hanging out and about as we explored. Would top tier recommend this property! It does NOT disappoint!
This house was perfect for our family and much more affordable than getting three hotel rooms. It was the ideal distance from the annoying parts of the quarter but close enough to walk there. We even got to experience some local parades, so even though you think you may not be near enough, you will be.
the house was lovely; it was great to have an en suite bathroom for each bedroom; we had a private chef prepare a dinner for the 10 of us; we were able to enjoy the space, including the courtyard, to celebrate a special birthday; host was promptly responsive when there was an issue with a toilet and accommodating. we appreciated the location as it was quiet and only a 20 min walk to our favorite spots in the quarter!
Pictures and description do not do this house justice. It is so beautiful and spacious inside. It was the perfect place for my co-workers and I to stay during a long business trip. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, nice large kitchen, beautiful private backyard to relax after a long day of work, and everything was super clean. I don't even have one thing I could say that needs to be improved. The neighborhood was safe and it's very walkable to get to Bourbon Street and that area.
Our chosen family had a great time in Nola for Halloween. The house was immensely spacious, plenty of room for all of us. My pups really enjoyed the space as well. We loved the amount of bathrooms as every bedroom had one and its been confirmed that one of the bathtubs is quite comfortable if you happen to fall asleep.there. Thanks for hoating us!

Great location, beautiful home, lots of space
This beautiful house is a 10-minute walk to the French Quarter. We were 7 adults and had plenty of space. There is a large kitchen, dining room, and sitting room and all of the bedrooms are large, each with a full bathroom. There was plenty of street parking available.I would give this 5 stars except for 1 thing. We had a misunderstanding on check-in and the person we were communicating with responded unprofessionally and angrily.
We loved our trip! The house was perfect for 4 couples -- lots of space for alone time and togetherness. Good for cooking (not super well stocked with essentials but there's enough to get by). The location was great for walking around Treme and the French Quarter and Congo Square is right across the street. The management was really responsive. The only down side (and I acknowledge I'm fussy) is the sheets were not great, and they had a strong scent, I assume from a laundry detergent fragrance. But that's a small thing and maybe only me!
Great location. We loved having the Treme' Community Center playground right across the street. They also have an indoor pool free to public. We saw brass bands right on the corner twice. Walking distance to Congo Square. The house is big, clean, solid and beautiful. Primary en suite bedroom is outside kitchen door to back porch with an apple tree right out the door. Highly recommend, would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
The kitchen was awesome! The place was clean. The location was perfect. We had a big group and we all really appreciated having several bathrooms. The walls are little thin but that's everywhere in this area. We have been to New Orleans several times and that's something you cant avoid. This particular neighborhood I thought was very quiet compared to others close to the quarter. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. There is a community center across the street so sometines they had events and there were some homeless around but we never felt unsafe and we often got in well past midnight. Most places that are walkable to the French quarter are going to have some homeless around. Again at night it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms I felt had everything they needed. Plenty of mirrors and space to get ready which was important for our group who had 4 women. The kitchen had everything we needed for the most part. We appreciated the thoughtful extras like all the coffee pods! The host was promptly responsive with any questions we had, I mean within a minutes every time which I really appreciated. We didn't have any issues while we were there. Overall amazing stay and will definitely be back if we come with a group!
We were incredibly satisfied with our stay!. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was even nicer in person than in the pictures. So spacious and clean. The beds were all so comfortable and we felt really safe in the area. Within walking distance to the French Quarter.
