Steps from our 2nd floor walk-up is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter.

Weekend Getaway

Brandon's apartment was in the perfect location, had everything we needed, and was well-maintained. Our first night, we walked to Magazine St and felt completely safe. We can't wait to come back!

Garden District Gem

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the condo. Neat,clean and organized and more TV channel options than any VRBO we have stayed at. Terrific location steps from streetcar and bus transportation. Walking distance from shops and restaurants also. Great communication with Brandon, our host. Very simple house rules. French Quarter about 20 minutes away by streetcar. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

Comfortable - Condo is well-equipped. Everything one might expect and more (e.g., filtered water).Clean - Would pass the white glove test with flying colors.Convenient - Easy streetcar access, grocery just across the street, @ 10 min walk to restaurants/shops on Magazine St. Parking spot right next to condo, although we did not drive anywhere and visited the French Quarter, the zoo, City Park, several cemeteries, WWII museum, and more. A new adventure everyday day, then returned to a cool, comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate.

Perfect place to stay

This place really is a gem! It was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and there was information about the area left for us, which helped as we had never been to NOLA before. We were within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The streetcar being less than a block away was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Short Vacay Perfect Stay

The area was safe and convenient. Out of the tourist area, but close to the streetcar. The property is perfect for 2 with everything you might need supplied. Very clean condo with thick fluffy towels. Communication with the owner was easy. I suggest a simple chair in the bedroom for visitors who might want to sit when dressing. and trouble free

Great Location in the Garden District

This one-bedroom has a great location. Near the St. Charles St. Trolley to get you to the Warehouse/Arts District or the French Quarter or Tulane. Easy walking distance to Magazine St. for shopping, eating and drinking. The property has a dedicated off-street parking spot. Easy check-in and check-out.This one will be in the consideration when we come back to NOLA.

Sweet little condo located near streetcar stop. There’s a market across the street.

We spent hours walking the Garden District, sitting in the courtyard. And when we wanted music and great food... it was a streetcar ride away! Hint; get streetcar passes, you’ll be surprised how much you use them.

Convenient Safe Comfortable

this nice little apartment in the garden district is the perfect spot for jazz fest far enough away from the venue that you don’t feel the pressure in the presence of all the fans however it’s close enough. That’s easy to get you on bike. Great market right across the street plus a host of great restaurants half a mile to magazine Street easy access to all the downtown amenities Blue Bikes on the corner, overall great spot

Our stay at Brandon’s place was perfect. The property was just as pictured. The location is super convenient, especially since we did not want to stay in the French Quarter during this trip. The proximity to the St. Charles street car (1 block) was very convenient. Overall, the neighborhood felt safe...even when walking from Magazine street late at night. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions leading up to the stay and during our stay. We highly recommend this place, and we will definitely try to book this place again.

Fantastic location!

Location really couldn’t be beat especially for Mardi Gras! Condo has everything we needed and really just steps from the parade … we could see the floats from our window! Parking a bit rough but only because there was construction (FYI though the parking is not gated, but it is off the street). Condo could use a little tlc (mostly paint) but really was quite cozy and perfect for our visit. Communication with the owner was also very easy. We’d rent again.

Very nice and convenient .

We wanted to stay in the upper garden district and also be close to the trolly for trips down town and locally so we didn’t have to park in the city . We used a Le Pass a unlimited pass for 3 days, it is offered through RTA for $8 . The property was very clean and nice decor complimenting the area . The kitchen was stocked with everything on would need to prepare a meal . The walk to the trolly in was 1 block to St. Charles line . There is a Fresh market 2 1/2 blocks on St. Charles and a fast food 1 1/2 block. We would stay there again if we have the opportunity . The host was easy to contact . Very nice having a laundry on the property also.
