Our bright and welcoming 2BR/1.5BA retreat offers the charm of a private unit in a classic New Orleans double. Relax in the comfy downstairs living space, unwind upstairs in the bedrooms for added privacy, and enjoy coffee or cocktails on the balcony. Spend your days exploring vibrant neighborhoods, savoring local flavors, and soaking in the city’s rich music, culture, and history.

This home is is half or a double with a dividing wall down the center of the structure. Guests` first step into their private unit is into the living room, which flows into the kitchen area, and has a half bath included on the first floor. Upstairs has the two private bedrooms and full primary bathroom located off the landing area. The balcony is access through the primary bedroom.

Smoking - We have a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy inside the condo or lobby, on the access balcony, or in the first floor carriage way. If the fire alarm sounds the fire department will show up. If it is a result of smoking or vaping the guest in question will be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding as we want to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay.

Laundry - There is a washer and dryer in home for guest use.
