    Your suite is deep cleaned for your stay and keyless entry allows for flexible & contact-free self check-ins.

    Relax with a spacious living room, full-size kitchen, comfortable Queen bed, work desk, and full bath with soft white towels.

    Free 300 mbps high-speed WiFi and smart television with YouTube TV subscription.

    Your family-friendly suite includes 4 camping chairs to take with you to events/festivals

    LIMITED PARKING: Limited parking may be available upon request. Please inquire when booking if you would like to reserve our one-car driveway.

    The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, blender, toaster oven, microwave, full-size fridge, pots & pans, cooking utensils, and more.

    For our active guests; you will find a yoga mat, yoga blocks and a basketball within your suite. The outdoor court is just down the street. Pure Barre is just a block away.

    This suite does not include a washer/dryer, but we have an excellent laundromat right across the street.

    Upon check-out, allow us to take care of everything for you. We will handle the dishes, trash, linens etc. Our only request is that enjoy your final morning with us.

Wonderful stay and hosts!

What a treasure to find this adorable apartment so close to all the great places in Nola! We had a blast on our trip and the location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful and well appointed. Our hosts were responsive and delightful. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing Magazine Street stay

I highly recommend the Pelican Suite on Magazine Street for a visit to NOLA. Fabulous location, beautiful, clean home and a wonderful owner who was responsive and helpful. I hope to come back again soon!

Great location with Nola charm

We had a great weekend stay at this charming location. Can’t beat the location with a bonus being so close to a bakery. Landlord with good with quick communication and even let us check in early with an early morning flight. I highly recommend!!

Great Spot in the Big Easy

This was the perfect spot for getaway in the Big Easy. The property was well located, with shops and restaurants nearby. The space was clean and nicely appointed. The host was excellent to work with and easy to communicate with, and I will definitely be back next time I visit NOLA.

Birthday Trip

My wife and I came down to New Orleans for my birthday trip-Brandi and Steve were probably the most hospitable hosts I’ve had using VRBO-kind, thoughtful, super easy to communicate with, the home was absolutely perfect and in the most ideal location with private parking-I could not have asked for more and will definitely return.

Swiftly Sweet Mother-Daughter Trip

We had an amazing stay at The Brandy House!! It was absolutely adorable and had such a cozy feel. Brandi and Steve were incredibly nice and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. We were in town to see Taylor Swift, and it was the perfect spot to come back to after the concert. I would definitely recommend The Brandy House to anyone looking for a charming and welcoming stay!!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

Great unit in a great location. Host was fantastic, quick and easy communication, accommodating. Bed was comfy. Sofa was comfy. Nice small kitchen with a full fridge. Nice rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Hands down best stay in NOLA

Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed in New Orleans! We usually stay downtown, but we really loved this area. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Brandi was so nice and accommodating. The house was super clean and had extra amenities like umbrellas, pastries and even fresh flowers! The bed was very comfortable, too. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Anniversary getaway

The place was absolutely perfect. The host where some of the mist accommodating host, my wife and i have ever had using vrbo. They knew it was our anniversary and even had champagne and pastries waiting for us. We absolutely loved the place and the host were both a delight. We will definitely stay there again. Also the location is perfect if you want to be in the city but away from all the craziness. Loved it.

Perfect stay during a busy weekend!

We loved staying in the Pelican Suite while visiting Tulane during Family Weekend. While it’s a long walk (but doable, if you’re a walker) to Tulane, it’s such a great location on Magazine Street that it’s well worth it. The suite itself was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, with a super bright kitchen and living room. The bathroom is quite small, but has everything you need. The bed was very comfy with wonderful, soft linens. It was a great stay, and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing

Brandi was the best host for the most amazing getaway spot! It was everything we wished for and more! We enjoyed ourselves and it offered our little piece of peace that we were hoping for! Brandi suggested some equally cool places for us to enjoy music and dine and her suggestions were great! We’re looking forward to staying there again! We definitely recommend staying at The Brandi House!

One of the best

We enjoyed staying in Brandi and Steve’s pelican suite. It looks exactly like the pictures online. The apartment is squeaky clean and the response from our host was immediate. We will definitely book again. We highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!

Everything was perfect! Not much more to say! Can't beat the location in the heart of Magazine St. Excellent restaurants, coffee, pastries, shopping and anything else you could need are within walking distance. Very safe area of NOLA and had zero issues.. including a highly recommended 15 minute walk to Superior Seafood & Oyster Bar on St Charles! The French Quarter was an 11 Lyft ride. Overnight stay in New Orleans

Super cute place and lots nearby to checkout , really enjoyed the bakery two doors down and the artwork throughout. Had a great nights sleep in the comfy bed. Quick walk or ride to st Charles streetcar . Brandi greeted us upon arrival and let us know if there was everything we needed to let her know. Would love to return one day!

Loved loved loved everything about our stay in the Pelican Suite!! The space was so wonderfully decorated, was super clean and oh so comfortable. The location was perfect! Right in the heart of all the Magazine Street action. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Felt safe while staying there. Brandi couldn’t have been a better host! Super sweet, so friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Best place for family gatherings!

Our family really enjoyed The Brandy House! We rented all three suites so we could all be together. The location is perfect. We had delicious breakfast at the bakery two doors down each morning and walked to five star restaurants every evening. The grocery store was also just a few blocks away. Everything was spotless and Brandi and Steve were very responsive hosts. Would recommend 10/10. We will be back!

This was our first time in Nola and to the Super Bowl! Brandi provided excellent and super helpful advice for travel options around the city and food in the surrounding area. After having the coffee from bakery next door, I’m not sure I can ever have Starbucks again! Accommodations were very clean and short Uber to all the game festivities. I wish time had allowed for more adventures in the surrounding area! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again!

A Little Gem in Uptown

This little gem was perfect for my weeklong stay in New Orleans. Not only was it convenient to the art workshop I was attending, but it was a darling space, recently updated and sparkling clean. It was also very quiet! Brandi and Steve were wonderful, accommodating hosts. They greeted me with two huge croissants from Le Boulangerie next door. This restaurant is a must for coffee, breakfast or lunch. The cottage was well appointed with household supplies, while fresh towels and coffee pods were just a text away! I will definitely book the Brandi Cottage for my next art workshop!

Nice time in the Big Easy

Not our first time in New Orleans, but our first to stay in this part of the city. Loved the location and the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and just about anywhere you'd want to go in the area. You can walk up several blocks to catch the St Charles streetcars if you wish to take that in/out of the French Quarter or into the Garden District/Audubon Park. The hosts were very easy to work with and Brandi checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was going well. The place was clean, well appointed, with lots of natural light. We had access to the driveway, which was convenient. We did not use the coffee maker, as the French cafe next door was too yummy to pass up each morning. We would stay here again, if back in the Big Easy.

Comfy, Bakery, Walkable

We came in tired from our 3 hour drive and found pastries on the counter! We had dinner RSVP but still a nice treat to welcome us in. Exactly as described: bright, open for 2. Fun, mod furniture. Comfy couch and bed. We fell asleep on both:)We were able to use the parking spot which was important to us and we wanted to be able to walk to key restaurants. So perfect location. The biggest bonus was being right next door to that amazing bakery!!! I'm a runner so just over 1 mile to Audubon Park. Running on the sidewalks in NOLA is almost like trail running in some parts! But enjoyed being able to run along Magazine and see all the shops and restaurants. Owner/Brandi is close by and stopped to say hi to us one morning when we were driving out for the day:) Super friendly and made great local suggestions for take out bc we just wanted to relax in on a rainy night. Lots of walkable options! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
