Quick Get Away Trip

Great location. Was Within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, French Quarter, Superdome etc. Felt safe entering/exiting building. Very clean.

Needs updates

It was clean and location was great. Condos have flooded before and you can tell from smell and damage never repaired in condo.

Great Location

The property was exactly what I was looking for. The location is perfect for walking and exploring with shopping and many great restaurants. My only complaint or suggestion: the elevators have a horrible odor, the roof top pool is not monitored by security and there were many young unsupervised teenagers hanging out. I give it 4 out of 5 stars and would stay there again.

Anniversary stay

The actual condo was very nice and the location couldn't be better. If you plan on mostly walking you can get anywhere in about 20 to 25 mins. Didn't care for the parking garage. It is not very easy to maneuve in a vechile.

Good but with one major flaw

As someone who uses reviews to help understand what the listing is missing, I want everyone who books this place after us to know that it was clean and comfortable, the location was great, the lobby smelled horrible (like cat litter and expired air freshener but its ok you can hold your breath as you pass through). However, the most important note is that though there is lovely natural light from the large windows, they are frosted over so you cannot see the industrial air conditioning for the entire building that is just outside the window. If a constant and pretty voracious hum would bother you while staying here, this is not the place for you. I slept with a pillow over my head. If that would not be a problem for you then everything else was great.
